The Bethesda Foundation invites you to participate in the 17th Annual Drive for Excellence Golf Tournament. The Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to enhance health care in the Bethesda Service Area through innovation, partnership and funding. The Drive for Excellence Tournament raises money to support health care improvements at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Manitoba.

Tee Off:	12:00 Noon
Dress Code:	Quarry oaks dress code will be adhered to at all times.
Banquet:	To be held at Links at Quarry Oaks following the tournament

BIRDIE LEVEL - $800.00

EAGLE LEVEL - $1600

Our 2010 Tournament Project
This year, funds raised in the Bethesda Foundation’s 17th Annual Drive for Excellence Golf Tournament on June 18, will be dedicated to the purchase of a Vital Signs / Oxygen Saturation monitor for the Obstetrics Unit.
